Job purpose summary

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and success of the company's product offerings. The PM must have a strong understanding of the end user and customer needs and be able to translate these insights into technical requirements. The PM will play a critical role in the regular technical development and support of our products and serve as the main link to the end user for the technical teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to understand customer and end user needs, and communicate these needs to the technical teams, with the goal of developing solutions that is loved by the customer.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and internal stakeholder input.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure that products meet customer needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the product roadmap, timelines, and budgets, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development and project and product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
